While this may be old news, over the weekend I heard about a man from Bend, Oregon: Ken Couch.

Last week I had the opportunity to go visit Antara sports in Hamilton, Montana. I gave an inspirational talk. The Clif Notes version was this: anything is possible, and to dream big!

We were able to witness the largest sporting rivalry to take place in the state of Montana, yesterday: the 108th Brawl of the Wild!

It's been a month since Kona. Today my Training Peaks email from Coach Lance says that tomorrow I will have to start to "get aerobic." Yikes... this could be pretty scary.

Life has been a bit of a whirlwind since Kona. One of the highlights has been paying a visit to the best sponsor ever: SAUCONY!!!
